I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional hospitality at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to return my forgotten headphones promptly, but they also provided ironing facilities that were top-notch. the heating in the room was incredibly efficient and cozy, making for a truly comfortable stay. the proximity to Monks Haven Cafe, the Blitz Cafe, and other fantastic dining options made our experience even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for their attention to detail and exceptional amenities that truly exceeded my high expectations.
